Kristine is the director and co-founder of Point West Volleyball club and has been coaching for the past 14 years. Five of those years she spent leading her alma mater, Oak Park, as head coach of their program. She coached at several different clubs before founding Point West Mizuno eight years ago. 

Since then, her influence has guided this strong club program to top finishes in both SCVA and in national tournaments including a 5th place finish at Junior Nationals in 2005, a Silver Medal at the Junior National Invitational in 2006 and a Gold Medal at Junior Nationals in 2007 all in the 18s division, as well as sending over 98% of her athletes on to play in collegiate programs to continue their athletic and academic achievements. 

Kristine was named the Head Volleyball Coach at The Master's College during the summer of 2005, where she coached 6 former Point West alumni. In 2007,her team finished 3rd at the NCCAA National Playoffs.  A former 1st-team All-conference player in the Western Athletic Conference, Kristine made her mark at University of New Mexico by fulfilling the role of team captain for 2 years, team MVP and All-Conference 1st team pick, and helping her squad to a National NCAA Division I ranking of #8, during her campaign. Kristine started her career at local Oak Park High School where she began her volleyball competition during her sophomore year. A quick learner, she earned both all league honors and team MVP awards during her final two seasons. After having a stellar career at University of New Mexico, Kristine returned to southern California to begin her coaching career. 

In 2006 she was inducted into the Oak Park High School Hall of Fame for her work in the volleyball community.  May of 2009, she married TMC Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Chris Connolly.
